Yesterday, I was asked by my Clinic Assistant Manager to brief the Appointment Colleagues regarding Medifund’s 3rd party billing codes. That was because he enquired about the workflow of the Medifund’s 3rd party billing codes and I highlighted to him about that. Therefore, he thinks that it is a good idea to brief the Appointment Colleagues on it as they might be required to do billings when they need to do cross-coverage. Of course, I gladly accepted the request for learning and sharing opportunity.
Previously, I only do presentations for my school projects to my classmates and lecturers and this time around it was different because even though they are staff of NSC but I do not know them well. This time around my audiences were different and of course, I would feel a certain level of pressure. Aiyo stressed, my Clinic Manager, Clinic Assistant Manager, Appointment Executive and Appointment Colleagues were presented during the session. That added up to be about 20+ people. While presenting I received a lot of confused/puzzled looks from my Appointment Colleagues, it further traumatized me as I was thinking to myself, shit!!! izzit they don’t understand what I am talking about and they were inflicted to be more confused or what. Though, I wanted to know whether they understood and it was difficult to know as most of them looked baffled. Thus, I composed myself and briefed them on the essential points and emphasized to them to contact my colleagues or myself when they have difficulties doing MSW’s billings. I didn’t want to stretch my briefing for too long as it would delay their knocking off because they could knock off after that.
When I did my self-reflection after the briefing I discovered I did something quite amusing, I informed them how many billing codes for Singaporean & Permanent Resident but I didn’t inform them what are the individual code for Singaporean & Permanent Resident which made it quite redundant because even though they know how many codes but don’t know which code is for what is meaningless lol. Heng!!! they were given handouts to refer if necessary. Nevertheless, it is a good experience and I am thankful to have the chance to do the briefing and I have one more tomorrow lol. For the next briefing, I must not allow myself to make anymore silly mistakes lol.
Yesterday, I watched all my missed episodes of “Sayang Sayang 2” on YouTube. Personally I do think that “Sayang Sayang 2” is well-produced and scripted and my personal fave is episode 1. It is damn hilarious and entertaining, in order to keep it suspense for you, I should not divulge it. Give it a watch, it is totally recommended. For your convenience, here are the videos for "Sayang Sayang 2" Episode 1. =)
Sayang Sayang 2 Episode 1 Part (1/3)
Sayang Sayang 2 Episode 1 Part (2/3)
Sayang Sayang 2 Episode 1 Part (3/3)
Haiz, it is about time to knock off but I need to go for my lecture later on, so exhausting lol.
