Finally showing your True Colours ...

It was a fun-packed Sunday, with F1 happening in Singapore. Haha I did not go and watch the race because I am not really into that. A few days before meeting up we agreed to meet at Cityhall subconsciously not realizing that FI was held there. Upon reaching there, I could not help but was trembled by the loud sound produced from F1. Haha even though I am at around Bugis area I could still hear the sound crispy clear.

Kailin was the last to arrive about 2hrs later with valid reason so we just closed one eye lah. Everyone was extremely late including myself late for 20 mins yet I can be the first to arrive lol. We headed to Mind Café to play our lovely evening there.

Maybe it was due to F1, Mind Café was empty for the first time.

True Colors

There is one interesting game that we played for the first time. It is called “True Colors” and it is a game that assesses your friends’ perception of you. It has innumerable questions that are moderately acceptable not too personal or hurtful. Which is important, if not it will spoil the game.

Each player gets to choose a colour to represent him or herself. After which, each player will be given two of the same colours cards of other players for voting purpose.

Lastly, there are three types of voting cards to be given to each player. If you think you will have no vote for that question asked, you will place the vote card of a 0 icon, if you think you will have some votes you will place a +/- icon’s card and lastly if you think that you will have the most votes, you will place a + icon’s card.

If you managed to deduce correctly for zero & most votes you get 3 points and some vote will get 1 point. Haha, like there was one question like who do you think is the most easygoing among the players; being very confident that I am the most easygoing I placed most votes card for myself. But in the end, the verdict was that I did not get the most votes and it was Jia Wei. Thus, that is quite interesting, to know how your friends perceive of you. Going back to that easygoing question, I think it is quite true that to a certain extend I might be easygoing (agree?? lol) but maybe just not the most. Just shortly after the game we went for Zi Char, I picked up the menu to see what dishes to order and unknowingly I suggested four dishes and Su Ying requested for one dish. Then I turned to them and made a causal remark and said “We have 6 people here, do you all want to order one dish for yourself”, whereby I already suggested four dishes leaving the rest with not much of preferred dishes to choose. After that everyone unanimously commented that there was nothing much to order where I already suggested 4 dishes lol. Suddenly so united lor. Haha, well I have to say that I am just merely providing suggestions and not being bossy lol. Definitely a recommended game if you want to know what your friends think of you. =)

My Mother bought Snowskin Green Tea Mooncake from East Ocean for me and every year she will buy it without fail. This is the only type of mooncake I like to savour.

hmmm so yummy my fave. haha I like the box and gonna use it at work to store my stationery.
